Athletic Fee Hardship Form


The Odyssey Institute High School has an athletic fee in order to help fund the athletic programs. The income from the fee goes into athletics department budget and helps pay for coaches’ salaries, transportation, equipment, officials, etc. Without this income athletics would be extremely limited in scope or nonexistent. All fees are due before the first game.

 

If you are in a position that you cannot afford the fee in its entirety at this time, you will be required to set up a payment plan. All payments must be submitted prior to the 50% season game mark (regardless of the level your athlete participates in). The final due date will be provided to you. This hardship form is subject to approval. If fee is not paid in full prior to the mid season season game, the following actions may be enforced until paid in full:

 

1. Loss of ability to participate in any athletic program.

2. Transcripts/grades will be withheld.

3. Diplomas withheld.

4. Other actions deemed necessary to collect fee may be taken.
